“I've been going to Club Pilates Laurel for about a year now and I really love it. The instructors are great (Flo, Carolyn, Michelle, Voni, Sharmaine, Zach etc), the music is always top tier and the vibes are good! I don't feel intimidated or out of place and everyone is always very welcoming. If you're considering pilates you should definitely give Club Pilates Laurel a try!”
“I found Integrity Martial Arts here on Google and Decided to sign my kids up and I don’t regret making this decision at all. My 11 yr old daughter and 8yr old son have gained so much confidence and learned so much and a short period of time. My son improved his grades and is now more confident of him self then ever. He’s learned in Integrity that if he wants something and works hard for it he will get it. Thank you Integrity Martial Arts ?,Mr. Frost and all the wonderful instructors who have become family.”
“Shawntel was amazing! Professional and friendly. Although it was my first session I felt very comfortable.”
