Such a great welcoming place, with kind and helpful teachers, highly recommend anyone who is a beginnee who haven't done yoga to those who are advanced. For those with knee problems, the H st might be a bit hard but the other studios are on the ground floor I understand.
Great class but I’d wish they’d open at least 15min prior to class, I would like to acclimate and possibly use the restroom freshen up

Great studio and classes. One of the more affordable workout places you’ll find in DC. Nice variety and options of classes; staff are welcoming, kind, and good instructors too. Would recommend for anyone looking for a neighborhood yoga spot.
