Trainers near Essex picked by BestProsInTown
“Been to many gyms in my lifetime. Military, Living Well Lady, and Gold's. This gym has lots of equipment and tanning available for a reasonable price. They have exercise classes and trainer's available for extra money. Not like old days just sign up included with price.”
“Victor is a beast! Small studio, but don't let that fool you. Victor will put you through your paces and then some!”
“I have had a great experience with Hugh and Capacity. Hugh trained me both before and throughout my pregnancy. I came in with a good level of fitness and wanted to focus on strength training and progressive overload. Hugh made 5 AM workouts fun and challenging. He helped me make modifications to my workouts while pregnant while still making sure I could challenge myself in a safe way. I generally felt fewer pregnancy symptoms on the days I worked out with Hugh and I know my delivery and postpartum experience will be so much easier thanks to our consistency. Hugh is a fun and personable coach who I would highly recommend if you are looking to get stronger!”
