1000 Key Hwy E #4, Baltimore“I have had a great experience with Hugh and Capacity. Hugh trained me both before and throughout my pregnancy. I came in with a good level of fitness and wanted to focus on strength training and progressive overload. Hugh made 5 AM workouts fun and challenging. He helped me make modifications to my workouts while pregnant while still making sure I could challenge myself in a safe way. I generally felt fewer pregnancy symptoms on the days I worked out with Hugh and I know my delivery and postpartum experience will be so much easier thanks to our consistency. Hugh is a fun and personable coach who I would highly recommend if you are looking to get stronger!“

3700 O'Donnell St #240, Baltimore“I was in town a couple weeks and decided to do a drop in at Push. I do CrossFit in my hometown so I was familiar. The owner was extremely hospitable along with the coaches. They all made me feel so comfortable all week long. The workout was great and offered a variety of movement. When back in town I will definitely drop in again. No matter if you’re new to CrossFit or looking for a new gym home push is an excellent option. Thank you all again for your kindness and hospitality.

The equipment is pretty new and there’s adequate space to cool down and stretch. The locker rooms aren’t crammed and are very clean. Victoria at the front desk is extremely nice was very helpful getting my membership opened.“

710 S Ann St 210 2nd Floor, Baltimore“I work with Allie for private equipment pilates. Working with her as a hypermobile person with exercise intolerance has been genuinely life changing. She is so informed and attentive, and is the only trainer I have ever worked with that I trust to keep me safe. Plus the gorgeous building and friendly environment certainly don't hurt :) Couldn't recommend more!!!“

110 West Road #105, Towson“I always tell my friends, “ You gotta go to Dave!” And I mean every word. For YEARS I struggled with chronic physical pain that no amount of chiropractor visits, physical therapy, or yoga could fix.During the first minutes with Dave, I learned that my hips were misaligned and that I was literally viewing the world from a slanted angle! After two months of weekly MAT adjustments, I had worked through the intense hip, pelvic, and upper thigh pain that I had been (poorly) managing for years.Dave also gave suggestions regarding how to maintain proper alignment with daily micro exercises. He also made suggestions on which sports or exercise programs to avoid (so that I wouldn’t have to go to him forever).Getting MAT treatments with Dave is literally the BEST investment in my health I’ve ever made. He gets you *lasting* results and improved mobility without the “no pain, no gain” mentality that comes with physical therapy and the chiropractor. Although I don’t live in Baltimore anymore, I would still choose to make quarterly MAT adjustments with him because they are worth the investment. 100/10, highly recommend!“

5AM - 11PM
5711 Fleet St, Baltimore“This is my gym, I do like it here the front is either super welcoming or says nothing at all, which dsnt bother me but all staff is accommodating upon request. But come on guys why do you not have a kids club, this is very irritating and a huge set back. I was told you do have the space but its going to be used for karate, hope thats not true. I also had a few friends interested in local gyms and went to golds only bc of the kids care.“

“Been to many gyms in my lifetime. Military, Living Well Lady, and Gold's. This gym has lots of equipment and tanning available for a reasonable price. They have exercise classes and trainer's available for extra money. Not like old days just sign up included with price.“
