Was very good exercise and very positive environment, I really appreciated it. They were very adjustable to schedules and were able to adjust the prices based on how many classes I'd actually be able to attend, they had a sign that said "She's beauty, She's grace, She'll punch you in the face" and honestly I really appreciated that.

This place offered more than expected.. it has an instructor that is appropriate for children, teaches thru fun but gets the important self-defense lessons across. We'll be back for sure.

This place is amazing! An amazing training space, super clean, had things for everyone in the family! If you want a work out it's here, if you want to learn to protect your self, it's here, if you just want to hang out with awesome people, it's here! All the instructors I met were polite, knew what they were talking about and worked so hard! Great place!!
