Randy knows wrestling. He and Paula are great teachers, it's a great workout; after the lesson is done I always walk away with some new submission hold to add to my bag of tricks!

Reviews
This place is the real deal if you are looking for a high quality self-defense program at an affordable price. There are a variety of programs such as Krav Maga, wrestling, and kickboxing.
All the instructors are knowledgeable and dedicated professionals who challenge you to keep learning and growing. They break things down in a way you can understand. Brian Kushner, the Head Instructor, is one-of-a-kind. He is humble, honest, and dedicated to each student’s development and growth. I have never met anyone as passionate about self-defense than Brian.
I recommend this place to those who are interested in learning self-defense in real-life scenarios. Brian and his team run a first class facility.
Amazing place to learn The Violent Art of Catch Wrestling which I think is the most effective form of wrestling/grappling, the coach is extremely passionate about wrestling and makes sure all the students progress as per their capabilities. This is the first martial art I am learning and I started in my mid thirties, right after the first class at this location I was hooked and wanted to become as good as possible.
