“Firstly, I notice negative reviews regarding appointment times and while you may not always be taken care of right at your appointment time, it’s important to recognize a good business that takes care of ALL of their clients to the same standard across the board. This especially goes for businesses that take walk ins. Recognize that these techs take their time to perfect their craft and art on each and every single customer. I have been to many other places where I am seen right at my appointment time and I’m so disappointed in the result of my service because it was rushed to get to the next appointment. At Serenity, Helen is an over the top perfectionist when it comes to your pedicures and dip manicures. You really notice the effort she put into every single detail and I will always always return to her for these services. Janet is your go to for any and all full sets.
