I was training for Hyrox and injured my Achilles. I tried resting for many months and it still didn’t improve. It wasn’t until I worked with Brent and Rachelle at R2P that I finally started seeing progress in healing. My main goal was to get back to playing basketball, and I can now play without pain for the first time in 9 months. I’m continuing to work with them doing dry needling + PT so I can return to Hyrox training as well. R2P came highly recommended and now I see why.

Arrived in June with a radial head fracture and worked with Dr. Brent Parker (& his asst Nick)! They were amazing. Gave clear explanations of the injury, exercises to rehab and what to expect throughout the entire journey. Very personable and approachable, made rehab fun and motivating. He pushed me and I’m glad he did because I made a full recovery. Highly recommend!!!
