It wasn't quite the experience I thought it might be, but I was impressed with how the company, especially the office manager, Caitlyn, and owner, handled what happened. A pipe had busted and caused some water to build up in my basement. A random thing that happened during installation. What could have been a fiasco was handled promptly and professionally and I sustained no damage or out of pocket costs. TLC took responsibility immediately and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company . They really impressed me with how professional and accommodating they were! Thanks Caitlyn! You guys rock!
