“I contacted James Graves construction in 2023 for a major exterior home renovation project that included a new front door, new front porch posts and railings, concrete parging and painting as well as repair and wrapping of all rake boards and corner posts for a single-family home. I met with several companies for quotes but ultimately chose James Graves for their transparency and their proposed solutions for my home. I met with Bryan for the initial consult was very impressed with the professionalism and the out of the box solutions he proposed. When my door did not fit the specs Provia offered, Bryan worked with his team to make it work for the door that I wanted. What really impressed me was the quality of the work and attention to detail of the end products. Throughout the project (which took several months due to multiple supplies from different manufacturers), Bryan kept me updated on status. I also felt that there was transparency about what is feasible which made me feel comfortable.  Even for minute things like missing a few nails, they came back out to fix it and made sure I was 100% satisfied. That’s how you build a good reputation and long-term customers. I would give this company 5 stars not just for quality but for the excellent professionalism and respect for the customer and their home. “I needed work on my new office suite, which included doors on my offices and a bright red wall painted a neutral color. Andre and his crew helped me select the right doors for my offices. He and his staff delivered them expeditiously and installed them during off hours to not impact my patient care. The same with painting the red wall to a neutral color. Andre went above and beyond in painting the wall around my patient care and did some extra work on the baseboards and floors. He has a good eye for detail. He is my only choice for my office repair or renovation needs.“

I had a bit of nervousness in trying to find a contractor for what I considered a major job, after seeing how other roofs were replaced in my neighborhood. From the sales personnel, the roofing crew, to the crew who installed the gutters - absolute professionals. The scheduling time frame was very reasonable, as was the price. The fact the the company could handle all required aspects of roof replacement and repairs to fascia or other trim work, and then install the gutters - made it a simple decision. The roofing crew deserves special recognition for their craftsmanship, care of the property, and work ethic - a finely tuned crew. All the work (expect for gutters) was done in one day, and with nothing to clean up after they left.“

“I needed to prepare my house in Baltimore city for renters. Which means I have to pass a lead inspection. Beltway Builders scraped peeling paint on every surface of my basement and repainted things from ceiling to floor. They also fixed bubbling blemishes in my bathroom and repainted that, and refinished my hardwood floors on the first floor. The price was excellent, they were very professional and did an amazing job.
