“This is our second service call with this plumber. He was so helpful the first time so we called him again. We had a broken water pipe under our deck. Plumber explained that leak was from water freezing in pipe. He showed us the crack, saying that despite turning off the water for winter, water remained in the pipe and froze. He replaced our pipe and made it so water drains completely out the pipe when turned off.
His bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.“

“While Roto-Rooter scheduled this non-emergency appt for the next day and the technician who did the work on that day was pleasant and seemed to do a very good job, the job itself was replacing three toilet seats and was extremely expensive.“

Had to repair from inside the basement and was operating blind in a tight spot he could only reach with one arm. Made a cut and reconnected piping with one hand like it was second nature.
