“Bottom Line Up Front: Arthur gave me great advice on my DIY project after randomly taking my phone calls 2 days in a row.Im doing a DIY to one of my bathrooms (redoing plumbing and installing a new shower pan)and I came across a situation I needed help to figure out. Nonetheless, I went to google and looked up plumbers in my area. I called the 3rd one down the list randomly (North River). I asked the guy on the phone, Arthur, a few questions and asked for a few tips.He ended up giving me more advice than I was looking for and advised me on things to look out for. The very next day I was on the next step and had no clue what concrete to buy. At random and ironically after searching google for plumbers in my area, I called Arthur back. I was trying to avoid calling him as to not bug him with my random questions.
