I wish I could give more stars. Truly a family oriented dentist office. I scheduled triple back to back appointments for my two children and I. They did a very good job with my two kiddos and gave me a lot of helpful information. When it came to my turn, my kids were ready to be done and acting like it. The hygienist who helped me was so sweet, kind and patient as my 6 year old laid on top of me for almost my entire cleaning. There were lots of pauses because my daughter was being particularly needy. I felt so embarrassed and apologized. She constantly assured me she understood having two little ones herself. Dr. Saoud and the staff are great!!! They are always very welcoming and professional. I can always count on Dr. Saoud cracking a few jokes to help ease my mind when he’s performing complex procedures. I would definitely recommend this practice!!!

I've been going to Southern Maryland Family Dental for years now. I thought I was in for a rough cleaning since my teeth were stained worse than usual due to a temporary change in my toothpaste. But the technician was very gentle and professional and got rid of all of the staining. I also like how Dr Saoud is very personable and takes his time examining and monitoring all of my dental issues.
