Arthur is awesome, we contacted him at 12am, and although he was sleepy, he can to our house to address a potential gas emergency. Thankfully it was all good due to his thoroughly work. He did come back later to cap a gas pipe that was unrelated. Thank you for the peace of mind!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Arthur when he came to look at the hot water heater at my house. He was professional, knowledgeable and very comical. Each time I've had to contact him, he has been responsive. I have no complaints and based on my experience, I would highly recommend his company.

Late on Saturday afternoon we developed an unexplained leak in our laundry room. We had to keep emptying buckets of water every 30-45 mins. I called 2 other local plumbers and received their answering service, with a promise they'd "call when they reopen." Arthur from North River actually answered the phone at 1am on Sunday and walked us through how to turn off our main water line until he/someone could arrive to fix the root problem. It was a huge help and relief. I will definitely use this business and refer to family and friends.
