We love Waugh Chapel AH, because they are always so kind to our fur son. They keep the facility clean, with treats and easy in and out processing. Most times we are done with our annual check up in 20 min. or less. Plus they are very responsive for prescriptions, shot verifications and appointments. Great option for locals and others in the surrounding area.

I was referred to Waugh Chapel after being told that my four month old Frenchie pulled his ACL. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have been sent to them. It turned out that my pup did NOT have an ACL tear, which was great news. This place is absolutely AMAZING. Every single person in the office is make the visit SO worth it. Not only did they explain everything to me, they sent me home with all of the right meds to make sure my little man would be okay. Shout out to Katie for being a hero and dealing with my emotional call and making me feel like everything would be okay! I had to put down our senior cat today which was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. We just moved to the area and didn't have a vet yet so we called a few places to see if we could get an end of life appointment ASAP. They got us in the very next day and had pretty good prices as well. That's not what impressed me though. I have kids so my husband had to stay home with them and I went by myself. Both Becca and the vet (I didn't catch his name) walked me through the process and assured me that I was doing the right thing.
