I was told by many people that my insurance company was very difficult to work with and that I should even change to different insurance company. After doing some research, my wife and I saw a lot of good reviews on Andrew, so we reached out to him. Andrew was confident that he can get the job done. Dealing with the insurance took a lot of patience and effort. Throughout the whole process, Andrew stayed on top of everything and informed me every step of the way. I really appreciate working with Andrew because he made the whole process easy. I would recommend Andrew to anyone that need their roof worked on. I haven't met anyone better than Andrew.

I can’t find words for the amazing service we received.We actually had a really bad experience with another company and Tim and Andrew at capitol I.R. saved us! First we met Tim who was really respectful and informative. He was the one who identified our roof problem that a previous company did. Tim connected us with Andrew Crawford. Andrew was great, really honest, direct, dedicated and prompt in his answers to all our questions. It was the first time for us to change the roof, so we took time to choose and identify what we needed and wanted. Andrew patiently helped us and supported us all the way. Andrew fron Capitol Insurance Restorations is very honest person that help me a lot making my decision in replacing my roof. He was very detailed with all his explaination about the entire process. He patiently wait for my solar schedule for removal so they can install the new roof. The crew did a great job and cleanup all the debris. I will recommend Andrew and Capitol Insurance with they great work. I will contact them again in the near future for any restorations I might need that they can do for me.
