Potomac Custom Remodeling were a very friendly and professional company with regards to the whole process for replacement of our roof. Paul Stanley was very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish and helped all along the way in dealing with our insurance company .
The roofers worked hard , were very careful , and made every effort to protect the exterior of the house from debris . The clean up was excellent.
We are very happy to have worked with Keith Livingston and PCR for our roof replacement. Keith was integral to the success of the project, managing the insurance company, scheduling, and close-out thoroughly. I’m very grateful to have had his experience managing the insurance company. He de-mystified a confusing process, recommended the best materials for the job, and worked around our schedule.
The install team was polite, organized, and did a thorough job cleaning up our property before leaving. They paid extra attention to ensuring that our garden was protected from debris and did not trample our flowers. They completed the job in one day.

Keith and PCR roofing did an amazing job on our roof after we had major storm damage. They were thoughtful and responsive and worked with our insurance well. Would recommend them to anyone!
