Angel & Jose have been doing our roof repairs at North Forest and Carlyle Apartments over the past couple of months and they truly are amazing. They never leave without finding the leak or area of concern, and are able to complete the repair on the spot. This team is on time, professional, great communicators, and go above and beyond to report any additional concern they might see in the exterior of the building. We had a semi-urgent issue where the fascia and gutter were pulling away from the roofline, creating an entry point into the attic where birds had begun nesting. After consulting with a wildlife control company, I was referred to Blair Construction for the repair. Randy was very responsive and got me on the schedule the next morning. Upon prompt arrival, Danny and his two crew members, Angel and Jose, assessed the situation quickly and provided a thorough explanation of the repair. I contacted Blair for leaking roof. The next morning they sent 2 technicians to assess and repair within an hour. Jose and Angel was very efficient and professional.
