Keith and Mike came to the house to replace two twenty three year old skylights in our sunroom. They arrived on time, checked in with us for any questions we may have, and started the job promptly. They replaced both skylights, replaced all shingles which needed to be removed, sealed the edges, then cleaned the glass. They also walked the roof as a quick inspection for any other issues I may not have noticed. They took the time to show us and explain where the seals of the old skylights were starting to fail. Wanted to let you know what a great job Danny Ford and the team did today on our roof. We had a disaster with the heavy rain, buzzards had poked 5 huge holes in the roof, warehouse had 5 waterfalls coming in, we were in danger of losing thousands of dollars of equipment. Saved by the same day response and quality, professional workmanship of Blair Construction! Highly recommend.

Angel & Jose have been doing our roof repairs at North Forest and Carlyle Apartments over the past couple of months and they truly are amazing. They never leave without finding the leak or area of concern, and are able to complete the repair on the spot. This team is on time, professional, great communicators, and go above and beyond to report any additional concern they might see in the exterior of the building.
