SNAP installed a new roof on my home this past October. I interviewed several other local roofers and found SNAP to be the best fit for me. The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. Steve and his teams were incredibly helpful when I had an issue with some rafters. It was great to work with someone communicative and responsive. Steve always returned my phone calls, showed up on time, and took great care of the job site. The work performed on my house was double checked by Steve and he took the time to supervise the work being done on the rafters to make sure that all repairs were done properly.Steve's expertise and experience in the local homes in the area shows and and working with him was a great experience.Services: Roof damage repair

We chose Snap Roofing for to replace our roof after carefully considering two other installers. First, their price was the least expensive. But that’s not why we chose them. They have good reviews and the shingles they use are highly rated by consumer reports. It also became clear to me that Steve paid attention to the details. He was worried about the large delivery truck damaging our paver driveway. So he said they’d deliver the shingles on a small trailer and load the shingles onto the roof themselves.
