Capitol Improvements - Roofing Company & Siding Contractor
“I am really glad that I went with Capitol Improvements to replace our front and storm door. We got three bids and I was surprised that all vendors offered Provia doors. So what really makes the difference is the company and how they do business / treat clients.
The bid we received from Capitol Improvements was very competitive, but what I really sold me on them was how they seemed to really care about the project as much as I did. It’s probably a small sale for them, but a big decision for our family (and one that we never want to worry about again).
I only have good things to say about their team. Jason was very straightforward and responsive throughout the estimate/proposal process. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, making helpful suggestions but never coming across as pushy. Fabian came out to take detailed measurements and was so gracious with my curious kids. Melinda is always very reassuring over the phone. Even the owner, Pat, reached out to make sure everything was going well.
The two installers arrived right on time, they left everything as neat as possible, and the new doors look great. They took care not to damage the surrounding trim work and drywall. It looks as seamless as could be expected, from inside or outside. It’s a substantial improvement over our previous doors, which were drafty and literally falling apart from age!
I’m really pleased with the company and will gladly recommend them to others.”
