“Ive Been a patient for over a month now under his care ive seen the most results in 6 years. Dr. Anane is hands down one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever worked with. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with genuine care and professionalism. Dr. Anane takes the time to understand your concerns, explains the treatment process clearly, and ensures you feel comfortable every step of the way. What makes Dr. Anane truly exceptional is the level of dedication and attention to detail. They don’t just focus on the symptoms—they look at the whole picture to help you feel your best long-term. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, an injury, or just need realignment, Dr. Anane goes above and beyond to tailor treatment that works specifically for you. “STAR PT is the best PT place I've been to since I moved to the DMV 20 years ago. All of the practitioners are highly skilled and very caring, and they have a wide skill set no matter what your needs. They give individual attention to each patient with an emphasis on manual therapy and personalized rehab. The space is well laid out, friendly and easily accessible, and parking is easy. The front desk is very helpful and always communicates well. I recommend them to all my Pilates students and friends.“

“I was training for a climb which involved following a rigorous, 4+month training plan. Less than 1 month into my training, I noticed a falloff (rather than advancement) in my progress. I was concerned that I wasn’t not gaining the strength I needed to accomplish my goal of summitting 20,000 ft over a multi-day climb, something considerably more demanding than anything I had ever attempted before.

I didn’t immediately realize it, but learned that I had overexerted myself too soon, coupled with using poor technique in many of my exercises. With only 3 months before I was supposed to leave for Argentina, I immediately looked for a physical therapist, met with 2, and felt your assessment of whether I could meet my goal, understanding my history and ability to tailor a plan was best.

Having had 3 surgeries on the same knee previously (2 cartilage clean ups and 1 ACL reconstruction), but having fully rehabbed each, I was surprised when my first month of training produced unexpected weakness around the knee muscles and some knee instability. I found it harder and increasingly painful to do the 200+ reps the plan suggested for the first week of training, but I did it anyway. Despite not getting either the improved endurance or confidence in my knee support level, I quickly realized that if I continued to train without “coach”, I was going to either get to Argentina and fall short of my goal or possibly injure myself, or both.

Prior to seeing Trupti, I was training at a gym by myself, using a training manual and You Tube to teach myself the proper form for each exercise. Having had physical therapy before, I knew I could not just power through this, but rather knew that I needed a professional’s help to create a plan of action that, working backward from my goal and by using the right exercises and technique, would help me avoid injury, measure my progress and help me finish my plan over the next 120 days.

What was unique with MMSSPT, was the free 30-minute discovery session which gave me an honest opinion and allowed me to see if we were a good fit for each other. The second thing that was really beneficial for me was the "hands-on" manual therapy which really helped more than just using ice and electronic equipment I had been given in other practices. I really benefited from all the steps I took, the guidance, encouragement and at times, tough love I received, things I had not received at other practices. Being on the other side of accomplishing a 6-day summit from my 20,000 ft climb – it was very clear that I couldn't have done it without Trupti’s help! This climb pushed me to the limit, and Trupti helped me keep my knee ligaments, structures and muscles in good shape without injury.

At 58, there are aches and pains which I know are inevitable, such as osteoarthritis, but I now have a maintenance plan and am on a good path that will enable me to stay active and keep on doing what I enjoy!“

“I can't emphasize enough how much the Sports Pro PT & Aquatic Center helped me get back to function. I had been suffering with two bad ankles after a really bad accident and was starting to think that this was going to be my "new normal" but thank GOD I started working with Dr. Johnson and her team here. They were caring and empathic to me and listened to what I felt I was experiencing. After about 2.5 months of PT Dr. Johnson recommended I go see Anderson Clinic, I ended up having the brostrom procedure done and the SPPTAC team were there for me afterwards to help me on my journey.I cannot recommend them enough, it has been 1 year post op and I am finally feeling like myself again (still a journey but wow a lot of progress!) and wanted to say thank you, with this recommendation!“

“Ciara is just an all around delightful person, who is so knowledgeable in all things both pelvic health and also traditional orthopedic PT. I’ve began working with her during my pregnancy- I’ve always been active and a runner, but found that during pregnancy, I needed some help feeling strong and learning how to move. I’ve loved her energy- it’s like hanging out with a friend, who is also super knowledgeable and funny. After i returned to running, I took a fall and sprained my ankle and reached out for some rehab. Ciara will travel to your home, which if you have kids or a demanding job, is so clutch. She tailors your treatment not just to your injury but to what you love- we weren’t just focused on getting my ankle to not hurt, but getting strong to get back to running. I’d highly recommend her for anything PT related- she’s also an expert on pelvic health issues and makes it just feel so comfortable and safe to discus anything- nothing is off limits and it’s like chatting with a friend (well, she is a friend now!). I can’t say enough good things about her- make sure you reach out with any needs, be it during pregnancy, after, or for just any regular injuries too.“

“I've been seeing Kat for about 8 months for multiple issues like low back pain, achilles tendinitis, and knee issues. She is incredible at what she does. Most importantly, she does hands on work (including dry needling, cupping and other things) which helps you get immediate relief, while also accompanying this with an excersie plan. You'll get a full hour of 100% attention to you and only you. Highly recommend Pure Sports and Kat!“

“I tell everyone that Dr. Roberson is magic - I would shout it from the mountaintops given the opportunity. He has saved my life (both literally and hyperbolically) more times than I can count. 5 stars is not enough - I would give 10, if I could.

I have been seeing Dr. Roberson since 2010. I have Hypermobile EDS and Fibromyalgia, just as a start. Dr. Roberson was treating my hypermobility-related pain for years before I was diagnosed with either condition. My first ever pain-free memory was during the relief following an appointment.

I have seen a lot of chiropractors over the years, both before I found him and in other cities. None can even come close to comparing. I live in Pittsburgh now, and regularly drive 300 miles for an appointment. It is ALWAYS worth it.

I've watched the practice evolve and grow, and am always so glad to get the chance to talk with Precious and Octavia when I go into the office. As someone with a lot of medical trauma, it is so nice to have a doctor whose office feels so relaxed and comfortable. The staff is spectacular, the service unparalleled.

IF YOU HAVE EHLERS-DANLOS SYNDROME, THIS DOCTOR IS WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR.“

“This is one of if not the best physical therapy establishment I've used in the DMV. Jon and his team are skilled at and compassionate about their work. I worked with Jon and Juhi and can say that they are some of the best you can get in DC. Their knowledge, techniques, and dedication to healing are remarkable. Both worked on my knee injury and I can say that it is much better than it's been in years, considering I saw other therapists prior to seeing them. I highly recommend CNMR for all your movement disorders and disabilities, to improve or restore the function and quality of your life.“
