“trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. session booking and management is easy and flexible. gym is top notch. i was treated for both a shoulder and hip flexor injury (hip flexor injured after shoulder treatment started). trainers were easily able to pivot exercises to treat both areas within my sessions. both areas were completely healed and back to normal after my 10 pre-paid sessions were complete. highly recommend and will be back if any other injuries flare up.“

She is gentle where she needs to be but tough when it comes to getting you back to your normal functions. I love the intimate facility she has - which helps her give you that personalized 1-on-1 care that any patient would want. Sharon she has a beautiful spirit and a pleasant attitude. I've had issues with my knees, neck and lower back over the years as I've gotten older. (in my 70's) She is the one who keeps me adjusted so I can live an active lifestyle. She is fabulous.
