I recently had a reoccurrence of an old Achilles tendon injury that left me hobbling. In addition, at the same time, my wife was recovering from a full left knee replacement which would require extensive PT, once she had sufficiently healed to begin PT. Star arranged to schedule our PT sessions at basically the same time, which was a great convenience.Our experience with the staff physical therapists was outstanding. Kyra, Jamie, and the rest of the team at STAR are wonderful. They helped me navigate a bothersome neck issue and equipped me to handle it going forward. Instead of keeping a forever client, they actively worked to “graduate” me from their facility. That is their vision of success. I am grateful to the entire team for helping me when I needed it- and for being encouraging and friendly throughout the process.

I have been working with Lucia for several months on a frozen shoulder and a hip issue and she is a marvel. I used to go to hospital PT after hip replacement or other issues because l thought all PT was the same everywhere and hated going downtown, but two people raved over STAR Sports Therapy so much l gave it a try when l was diagnosed with the above, and was blown away at how thorough and good they are. They really take their time and explain what is going on and why they are having me do at home exercises, and how to do them, which motivates me. I am thrilled with how fast l am seeing results. And actually enjoy going for my sessions.

We offer in-office and telehealth appointments. Sessions are all one-on-one with our patients for full 45-60 minute sessions.
