From scheduling to appointments, everything was well-organized and efficient. The providers took the time to listen, explain, and make me feel comfortable and respected. I was a patient of MHC from November 2025 through the end of January 2026. Being involved in a car accident is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and navigating physical therapy and medical care afterward can be physically and emotionally overwhelming. From the very beginning, Mikayla, my caseworker, made an incredibly difficult process feel manageable and supported.
Mikayla consistently went above and beyond to keep me informed of appointment updates, connect me with excellent doctors, and remain flexible with scheduling. I love MHC. I have dealt with the them on more than one occasion. Mikayla & Dr. Ekele are the absolute best. They have always addressed any concerns I’ve had, quickly responded and if I couldn’t make it Mikayla has always been there to help me reschedule with no problem. Thank you so much MHC!
