Ken is wonderful, he has made such a difference in my teenager's life. He has motivated my son to do regular exercise, which did not previously happen. He is very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I could recommend him more.

Cesar is awesome and patient! As a runner I have a lot of work to do to build up my muscles and overall strength. He was able to pin point my exact areas and work with the plan to tackle! I’m excited to apply the exercises to get stronger.

I went in for a 'fix' to a groin muscle and came out with much more, namely significantly improved mobility, strength, and coordination. Anthony did not lose focus on the initial issue yet provided treatments and exercises to improve structural weaknesses in order to reduce the risk of injuries. He was responsive to how I progressed during sessions and to my enquiries inbetween. He is both charismatic in conversation and cerebral in his explanations.
