The facility is very neat and clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful to assist me in every way possible. The most important thing is the make you feel comfortable while you recover back to your normal self.
Top notch! Everyone is professional and make you feel comfortable. I absolutely love the front desk staff and the PT staff. The doctors are attentive and thoroughly explain whatever the issue is.A special appreciation to the front desk- With any business the front desk staff is the first impression you have of a place. Excelsia has chosen by far an exceptional front desk crew. Anytime I call to make changes or ask a question they are pleasant and accommodating.Love it there and wouldn't go anywhere else.
I just want to just thank the entire staff at Excelsia Injury Care Waldorf not only for their great customer service but their ability to help nurse your injuries back to full health. Each time I have came for my appointment I was always greeted with a smile and given the best treatment options to get me back 100 percent.
