POTSies & Long Covid Sufferers; this is the place for you!!
#1 if you mask, your provider will automatically put on a K-95 mask! So grateful for this practice
Next, Mollie Kam is the most knowledgeable provider I’ve ever seen on pots, dysautonomia, long covid, hyper-mobility, and FND! She has helped me build up an incredible team of competent providers that actually understand my conditions.
Nura has gone above and beyond to support my pelvic floor needs. They are gender affirming, trauma-informed, and work closely with Mollie to ensure holistic care! As a trans person it makes a huge difference to have a queer pelvic floor provider.

I've had my PT sessions with Mollie Kam.
She is awesome. Both extremely knowledgeable & personable, and with a keen desire to really want to help.
Mollie is very thorough in all her recommendations and takes time to pre-review my charts in detail even before I get there.
Overall, my experience has been stellar!
I've had good experiences with the physical therapy at SET. The staff are knowledgeable and give you their full attention. I've had less good experiences with scheduling, billing, and other admin tasks. In the past I had a number of issues with the wrong credit card being charged, office staff not responding to my emails, and uninformative invoices that my insurance company wouldn't accept. More recently, I had to switch therapists - I waited a month for office staff to get back to me about scheduling, and the new therapist I was scheduled with refused to answer my emails or communicate with me at all. (I am now scheduled with somebody else.) The staff have been apologetic about most of these things and have made improvements over time, which is great and I understand that mistakes happen. However, the more recent issues with communication have left a bad impression.
