I had a scheduled appointment at 1:10pm on February 17th. I arrived and waited an hour. I finally asked why the long wait and the front desk said the tech was 1hr 45mins behind. I believe this should have been communicated at the beginning of my visit. I had arrangements to return to work that day. I work from home and live 30mins away. The front desk and manager was very helpful. They rescheduled my appt for yesterday, Tuesday at 230pm. I had the time wrong and showed up at 3:30pm. However, once again the front desk and manager was helpful and was able to squeeze me in knowing my previous appt had to be rescheduled.
