I had appointment on March 3rd the Dr Sent my script over to Safeway Safeway called me to tell me that they were out of the medicine and could not tell me how long it would be when the medicine would be in I went back to the office told the young lady at the front desk what had happen ask her to let Dr know to send the script to CVS 129 St Charles Parkway Waldorf MD 20602 which she never did that's poor business I went all weekend with nothing I am so frustrated that I am ready to go to another pain dr because of the way I feel that tells me that she didn't care about the matter so I feel she should be written up it doesn't take but about 3 minutes to send

I love the regular staff. Nate Turner is wonderful. He listens and comes up with solutions to help you with your pain level.It is only a 3 because the physicians who do procedures are terrible. I have had procedures twice now and I have yet to meet the doctor. The staff is great with the prep and make you feel comfortable about being under sedation but I don't meet the physician. I think this is really a bad practice and needs to be addressed with the doctor.

This was my 1st time there the staff and ..Dr Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions.. and I would recommend anyone to go there you will not be disappointed..Al ..Coleman Sr
