“Different customers have different experiences and we’ve only had good ones . We had a cracked pipe a month ago as we moved into a new rental . Bob was quick, efficient and kind in explaining what happened, how it was fixed and what to do to avoid it. This time it was the toilet and tub both with issues. Mark came by replaced all the needed parts and both are working as good as new. I’d highly recommend them for any work in the metro north area .“
