The person on the phone was very helpful and worked with our schedule, which made setting up the appointment simple and convenient. Our technician, Malik, was excellent. He called shortly before arriving, which I really appreciated. Once he got here, he walked through the rooms, checked the carpet condition, pre-treated the traffic areas and stained spots, used a carpet grooming tool to lift the fibers, and then did a deep steam cleaning.
