A family member suggested I call Dennis for assistance with a large hornet nest on my second floor. He answered the phone when I called and made an appointment for Saturday at 9. I was concerned that the nest was so high up (almost at my roof line). I was extremely happy when the service tech arrived on time, assessed the situation and within less than 30 minutes removed the nest. They also provided a six month warranty! The price was very reasonable. Great job! I would recommend and I would call again.
I've always had a satisfactory experience, and I've used their services for 30 years, including today july, 14th 2021. Dennis, Jim and Ashley are the best in the business! Amazing unique Carpenter ant treatment. Killed bed bugs and they never came back! Same for roaches, havent seen one in years in my 6 unit apartment building. Thankyou so much, Dennis the menace.
Always a pleasure! We have been utilizing their services for 6 years. They're always so professional, friendly and know exactly what they're doing! This review was prompted by my phenomenal experience today. For the past couple of months we've had an intermittent smell coming from inside the closet next to our garage. I've been meaning to call them for some weeks and time just got away from me. This morning, the smell was out of control. I called and they arranged for someone to come today.
