“I have a permanent back injury and was really in need of a massage, I was able to make an appointment online the night before I came in which was awesome. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The masseuse, I didn't get her name, was awesome! I've never had a Thai massage before but it was absolutely fabulous, I walked out way less sore than when I walked in. I would totally recommend this place!Just keep in mind, you need to tip in cash.“

She is patient, knows her products and treatments, makes recommendations and does an amazing job on my skin. I recently tried the microneedling facial and it has changed my skin texture completely. I used to have huge pores and deep wrinkles around the mouth area and this treatment has changed it all. I'm glowing and so happy with the results. “I found a germ in Wilmington! Vitality Spa is truly amazing. I have facial treatments performed by Christina and the results are just outstanding: my skin is glowing and redness disappeared, my spider veins went away. I’m having Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatment and laser treatment for spider veins on my face, it works phenomenal!
