Ok... I did a little DIY backsplash and bought the tile off of all floors.. needless to say I'm 3 tiles short Me the manufacturer says it's out of production. He's calling manufacturer and their reps to see if anyone anywhere has the tile. He didn't make a huge profit off my backsplash tile and here he is on a Friday trying to help me find the tiles. That IS CUSTOMER SERVICE
