“A family member suggested I call Dennis for assistance with a large hornet nest on my second floor. He answered the phone when I called and made an appointment for Saturday at 9. I was concerned that the nest was so high up (almost at my roof line). I was extremely happy when the service tech arrived on time, assessed the situation and within less than 30 minutes removed the nest. They also provided a six month warranty!
