“It started out badly. I phoned - our house does not have or need a full gutter system, soI could not get a calculated estimate via the website.Someone misspelled my email domain, so no contract arrived after the estimate, nor did a payment link arrive . I texted the sales rep, he was not in the service area so he did not receive the text until the next day. The price (for a filter, not a gutter) quoted was substantial so I would not go ahead until I received a contract so I had to turn him away. I was next texted a hand filled contract, The installer came back about an hour later. After he left we saw that he had not cleaned and sealed our existing gutter. I called the sales rep, and a manager came out and corrected all the problems, which required reinstalling the filter system. Thus the five star review. An excellent result which had unfortunately been precipitated by an entry error in the office.”
