She was extremely nervous for her upcoming appointment with a new dentist, I told her that when I made the appointment the employee i spoke with was so friendly and kind. She wasn’t sold until we got there. As we walked in she seemed to ease a little. The cleaning started and she was ok, then the dentist Marcy came in and the way she talked to my daughter and explained everything. You could see my daughter relax. It was something I never thought would happen again. When we left my daughter said Mom they were so nice there, I’m not scared to go back. No tears no nervousness just an 8 year old girl experiencing kindness that put her at ease. Thank you so very much!”
