Stephen not only cleaned out my heat pump, but he found A LOT of problems while working on my unit (enough to reduce my Eversource bill significantly). He and his brother, Kevin (two of the friendliest, most salt-of-the-earth guys) also reinstalled a thermostat that was put in improperly. It was the kind of business I wanted - no overselling, good work, straight-forward business. I was expecting a bill that would break the bank. I couldn't believe how fair they were with their price. “Our basement bathroom got clogged and it looks like a messy job. I posted a job on a website and Andrew did a wonderful job to fix it! He was patient with my explanation and estimated the situation thoroughly. He explained his plan to me with a couple of options to fix it as well as the pros and cons of each one. I understood everything completely before he started the job.The process was just like what he said, step by step. And during the process, he gave me heads up about there may be a little bit sewage water flowing out on the floor, but he said he will prepare a large piece of plastic sheet to lay and stick it to protect the floor and wall from getting dirty. As a result, he not only repaired the clogged pipe, but also cleaned/wiped and disinfected all the touched surfaces. He is so professional and to detail as if he is fixing things for his own home.Thank you so much Andrew! Sorry this review is long overdue, but I didn’t forget about you! He quoted me a price to replace the tank, and one of his employees, Shawn, was there Monday morning. Shawn was very sociable and efficient. It turns out that Michael ordered the wrong tank and quoted me the price on the tank ordered in error. The tank I needed was more money then the tank he ordered. To his credit, he honored the original price. I was very impressed with Shawn's knowledge, and he answered all the questions I asked him. He was very professional. “I have worked with Hinchion for years and always been very happy with their work and fast response times. They have put in toilettes, fixed and replaced pipes and put in a sump pump that comes on every time it rains, thank god! Recently, they came out to replace my water heater and did a great job and went above and beyond. They found that my exhaust into the chimney was blocked by fallen debris in the chimney and had to spend additional time getting it cleared and venting properly. I highly recommend this company they are honest and that's hard to find.“
