I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 20 years, mostly by the same woman and although I have been very satisfied, today's experience was the best I've had. I love that you get to lie down on this comfy table, there is lovely music playing, the space is so clean and new and Kya is so sweet and inviting. I never thought I would stop going to my previous brow waxer but this is my new spot from now on! I will definitely be back and it's so convenient and close to my home. Finding salons on Yelp can be so hit or miss. I hit the jackpot with this one. I highly, highly recommend.

on May 16, 2024 looked for their web site because I wanted to recommend them to a friend and was horrified about some of the criticisms of Sean, the owner, and Adriana, his wife. I used Alpha Mechanical to install a new air conditioning and heating system in my condo. Sean was very patient at educating me about the options. I signed a contract in May 2022. It was difficult to get the equipment as it was during the pandemic but I ordered everything to have it on hand in case my AC failed during the summer. Fortunately it lasted and I was able to replace the entire AC and heating system in September, a year and a half ago. It has worked flawlessly and when we had a problem, caused by my husband, they came and rectified the situation. They are a small operation so it is not always possible to get them to turn on a dime but so far, so good, and I have nothing but great recommendations for Alpha Mechanical.

Had a cut from Sam this morning and have previously had a cut from the owner, Janier. Pretty much same review for both visits: -clean facility -chill/polite barbers -asked and listened to what I was looking for then delivered with great attention to detail -probably the best value I've found for a standard haircut. Just as good as name brand hip chains without the overhead and fuss.

The manicurists give me the impression that this is what they love to do and not just a side gig. David is the only one I've seen, but my daughter has seen several others and liked them all equally. This was my first time coming here. Very clean and friendly nail technicians. It's a little tighter and small inside compared to some other salons but they try to make it as comfortable as possible. They close at 7p but if they are available and have some clients that may finish after 7p, they will still accept you. I was lucky to call same day and they were able to take me at 7p (when they close). I got a mani & pedi. I chose my color (regular) from their color palette. It's been 2 weeks and it's still pretty good despite doing dishes and washing bottles multiple times a day

I have been getting dip powder with Donald for a long time and my nail look absolutely PERFECT everytime. He is such a talented nail technician and can also do beautiful designs. He makes sure to take care with every step of the process. I get pedicures with Sofia and she always gives me the best service. My nails never looked so good. If you are a short hair girly like myself, she is SO understanding and would NEVER give you a haircut that made it look thinner than it is. Lenny is my stylist. He is well versed in hair cuts etc..... he does a great job on cutting my thin hair. I have been seeing him for about 6 years. Maria is the best. She has vast knowledge of the body and which treatments to use to get the results we want. I came to Maria 6 years ago and had her treat my abdomen. The first session was amazing and after 9 sessions it got even better. Since then, my abdomen still looked the same as when I left her all those years ago, since I moved out of state after we finished. Last November I came back to visit and had her do the lymph massage. Was wonderful. And now I’m back again for an extended period to have her continue the magic that only she can perform by continuing the treatments and adding some new ones. I don’t trust anyone else to treat me because when you have the master you don’t need to look anywhere else.
My husband and I booked a couples massage and we had a great time. The full body massage was at a reasonable price and they did everything along with a hot stone rub at the end. It was a beautifully relaxing session, I didn’t even have to tell the masseur (Linda) my body pressure she was adjusting it based on my muscle response.
For now all my knots are gone and I feel very relaxed!!

I can’t recommend J & B Plumbing enough. I had an overnight emergency and they called me within 10 minutes of me talking with their answering service. Jerry moved his morning around to accommodate us due to the urgency of the matter and followed through with amazing help and service. He even talked me through some updates we want to start thinking about but did not pressure us in any way to make any unnecessary/non-urgent changes right now. I have been wanting to get a particular deadbolt changed in my house and today I looked up locksmiths and came across Watertown Finest Locksmiths. I want to keep everything local so I called them up and they called me right back, scheduled a time, Arthur showed up and did the job and I'm very pleased and happy. Cosco Landscape just did an amazing job at my house replacing an old chain link fence with a beautiful retaining wall. Part of the job was making sure I had a flat yard when work was done and they did a great job. The land sloped quite a bit on one side but they built the wall exactly as needed and then filled in the yard. The crew was awesome. They cleaned up each day and all debris was removed at the end of the job. Great value for a great job. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for any job - big or small.

After loads of research and months of back pain and sciatica I decided to go to Jason and get some work done. I was self diagnosed as having my SI joint popping in and out (cannot confirm or deny!). But it never happened when I got in for my appointments. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and Jason put me totally at ease. He did a few assessments but we couldn't find anything obvious until the tail end of the appointment. Low and behold he realized I stand totally wrong, pelvic tilted under (which is rare) thanks to decades of ballet drilling it into me.
Jason was adamant that he wanted to see me a handful of times, fix my back pain, and never see me again; which was exactly what I was hoping for and is refreshing to hear. He gave me a handful of exercises to do at home and did some minimal cracking over 3 appointments within a month. Combined with some acupuncture (to help loosen lower back muscles) and stretching and 3 months later I haven't had a single problem with my back and sciatica.

I took my dog to PetMedic Urgent care for an infected anal gland that had burst. They were pretty good. Just did a basic exam and gave me antibiotics and pain meds for the dog. It wasn't cheap, but not outrageous either -- $260 for everything -- but I thought they did a good job, so my dog quickly, so I was happy with that.
Took my 2 kittens to Heal Vet for a checkup and shots. Overall great service, the vets and nurses handle the kittens very well and my kittens loved being there
I had a great experience here obtaining an International Health Certificate (IHC) for my dog. The process was very straightforward and I found their pricing to be highly reasonable.
I can't say enough about Dr. Campbell and her staff. We have been going there for 13 or 14 years and always feel like my pets are in great hands. My dog can be difficult and they are patient and kind.
Had a wonderful couples massage here! I have some problem areas that feel much better. Really intense and excellent massage (I requested more intense but you can request more gentle if desired). They are experts here and can find problem areas without you saying anything. Will definitely be coming back regularly!

Sheli is one of the best massage therapists I've had. She is courteous, professional and the room is comfortable and clean. She can do deep massage and unlike some other therapists that went right into the knots, Sheli knows how to first work the general area and then go deep. I always feel great after one of her massages and just wish she had openings later in the day. Book early cause she books up fast especially on weekends.
Endre is incredibly skilled. I cannot recommend him enough. I have been seeing him at least once a month for over three years. I exercise regularly and, at my age (43), my body cannot handle the wear and tear that I put it through without some extra support, and so Endre has been essential in my overall health maintenance. He always takes time to listen to what I tell him about how my body is feeling before he starts. His hands are magical. He also has the most pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend him. He is amazing, and your body will thank you!
Better than Great! Having seen Steve for over 15 years I can honestly say that I always feel better after a treatment. CranioSacral therapy starting for depression and also: Neck, head, shoulder and back. Recently he even helped my pinky finger! Usually just need a few appointments to feel like new. I recommend Steve to everyone I know and my friends/family always thanks me for the referral..never once was anyone disappointed!

My therapist located all the most tender spots on my body and carefully eliminated all the tension. She also did gentle stretching and mobility. Absolutely fabulous massage!
I have been a client of Michele's for over 20 years! I have been to other massage therapists before her, at spas and such, but no one could ever compare to the expertise and skill she possesses. We often would joke that she "performs surgery" on areas of my body to correct the problem. She has "magic' hands, she can sense where she needs to focus her massage. Every session is unique depending on what you need. She also goes above and beyond to make sure you get a healing of your body, mind and spirit. She calls this the Julian Method. She will spend time with you to show you stretches, exercises etc... she truly believes in a holistic healing. I don't know what I would have done without Michele in my life all of these years. She has helped to get my body through car accidents, pregnancies, various other injuries, daily stress and aging. She is a dedicated enthusiastic healer and I am so fortunate to have her in my life.
Graziella is an incredible therapist! She hits the target points to release tension without causing pain. Her experience is evident as she provides advice for how to stretch out tight muscles. Above all, she’s a healer and I came out of my session with no pain☺️

Had my intake at Allston today ,,, long road ahead post-surgery but staff was so kind and empathetic and knowledgeable and professional! They even gave me some exercises I can do before official PT starts when my cast is off. I love the homework app, it works perfectly and is a great way to help motivate with this chore and keep me connected to my P Therapist! Thank you!

Dr. Medhati genuinely cares about his patients. He is humble, extremely knowledgeable and straightened out what within my hip and back that two different chiropractors could not. That was over a year ago and I have not had a recurring issue with either one. He helps me with stress and got my meridians balanced out, connected properly and flowing. I go back for tune ups now. He takes my insurance and has great rates. I am very grateful.
