We hired Boston Building Concepts for a kitchen and bath remodel in one apartment of a two family home in Watertown. It was a good experience. The estimate was clear to understand. We met on site and Manny answered our questions. It wasn't the highest or lowest bid. Manny was responsive to calls and texts. He even drove over to receive an after hour plumbing delivery which was very helpful. He worked well with the cabinet shop and problem solved our cooktop ventilation problem. We were able to coordinate subcontractors and tenants without too much trouble; for example: we upgraded the electrical service from 200 to 400 amps and this required power to be shut...read full review
