Wow - what a great resource. My regular vet couldn’t fit us in for a same day appointment but they recommended Pet Medic Watertown. We got right in (east online) and were treated efficiently, professionally and with warmth and kindness. From front desk, to vet tech, to vet - everyone was wonderful both to my dog and to me. Meds purchased on site - we were in and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend !

Lupia the technician was lovely! As always she slays her job:) very appreciative. Mother in laws dog was infested with fleas scheduled the appointment and they took great care of him. Never a dull moment. Nice facility and great hard working staff!

I brought my cat in on a Sunday for an urgent medical issue. The staff were AMAZING! Everyone we saw and spoke to was friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do ahead of time and then explained follow up care in detail. The clinic is very clean and inviting. The icing on the cake was the VERY reasonable price for services! AND...they called the next day to ask how my cat was doing. Stellar customer service. HIGHLY recommend!
