This is the second time we have hired JP to clean our area rugs and the second time I have been blown away by his services. Both times we have had him clean multiple rugs that were generally soiled by having a large dog in the house and general wear. Once cleaned, they looked like new and smelled great! This second time, we also had him clean a couch that had blood stains on it (again, from our dog) that we had tried in vain to clean ourselves. I was shocked to find he was able to get them out!!! I had an allergy attack from chemicals sprayed on the carpet previously and John cleared it with a pure hot rinse water steaming. Where I earlier couldn't walk on the carpet barefoot for 5 days, I am no able to walk around with no problem. With this rinsr, we even saw the original color of the carpet
