I was able to get a same day appointment. To my advantage I didn’t have a preference in waxer so that held. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the friendliest staff. My waxer made me comfortable and did exactly what I asked for.
Just visited for an eyebrow wax and so delighted with my experience and the result! Ari was so friendly and really listened to me about how I only wanted a very short trim and the hairs really far from my brow line waxed off since I’m trying to get thicker brows. I've been going to my waxer at the Newton location for years. My person was booked so I tried this location, since it is closer. Everyone was super nice. Tara was my waxer. I was a little overgrown and expecting pain and there was barely none. She does use baby powder (so does my regular waxer) but I think that contributed to the fairly painless experience. Highly recommend Tara, she was great.
