The staff were amazing. The waxer Carolina was so sweet I went back because some hair were still there but no biggie it happens! I went and she was immediately apologetic and took accountability! I was not mad at all we are humans and mistakes happen. Darleny the manager was amazing too so sweet and helpful as well. Definitely an amazing experience.
So glad I booked with Carolina. She worked super fast and somehow managed to keep the pain to a minimum for this very nervous client 😝 I get anxious before every appointment, but she was quick and careful. I will definitely be rebooking with her. If you are scrolling reviews looking for someone who keeps discomfort to a minimum, Carolina is your person.
Mayelin was fantastic with the waxing service! She was extremely diligent, patient and accommodating to my needs. Definitely one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had in a while!
