This place is amazing! I moved to Waltham 10 years ago and lived 2 blocks from Synergy. I wanted to start exercising regularly, so I came in and talked to Brad, the owner, and he was so informative and kind and didn’t give the “gym bro” vibe that I dread at all.I started working out in the small group trainings that they offer and was astonished by how much I loved it!You do 50 minute session where you spend 9 minute on each station and this makes time fly by so fast and makes you stronger without you even noticing! It’s crazy.I wish I was still living in Waltham to come here because ever since I left I haven’t had the same fun relaxed experience at a gym.
I'm so glad I tried out their classes! Small group workouts are with 3-5 people and the routine is different every time ans is a good mix of cardio, upper and lower body. Instructors are very encouraging and they are not pushy, encourages people to go at their own pace etc. I felt I hit a bit of a plateau in my exercise but I'm feeling like I'm breaking through it with synergy classes. Highly recommend.
