Five stars doesn't even begin to capture it-I am beyond thrilled!Bob fixed a door that had been causing an inordinate amount of stress and angst for months- and something that nobody else could seem to figure out. He is absolutely gifted at what he does, and I am beyond grateful for his experience, patience, and professionalism!!!Huge thanks!
Robert is very personal as well as professional. If you need any lock, or lock service, or maybe just a key made correctly. This is by far the place to visit. Parking is across the street. Please wear a face mask.
Bob was really helpful, and flexible. He changed the lock on a really old outer door quickly, and it works perfectly! Even took some extra time to help me with a lock that we hadn't even known needed work. Great service! Definitely reccomend. I've seen alot of reviews stating they have noticed that his shop was closed. Just call before going and make an appointment. He is a small operation, and has to close the shop when he is out on road calls
