“Tony took care of a whole bunch of issues for us -- we primarily needed help connecting our gas dryer, but since they price by the job, I asked if we could also get quotes for fixing a garbage disposal, running water to our refrigerator, and taking a look at a small leak, and we ended up having him address all of these. He also took a look at our older water heater for us and advised us on what to look out for, rather than pushing us to replace it right away, which we really appreciated. Overall I found Blue Owl and Tony responsive and easy to work with, and will likely use their services again!“

Paul and his staff are very knowledgeable, communicative, and honest in their work. He recommended and installed a new boiler system this summer for my 1941 home. He get to my house really quickly...fixed the issue and followed up to make sure it was OK. I had a gas furnace installed with them about 20 years ago but never followed up with routine maintenance with them because honestly it didn’t need very much attention. I have a friend plumber who helped me as needed but he recently retired. Well when the colder weather arrived you guessed it….NO Heat. I called Croteau Plumbing and talked to Donna first and she sent out Jim the next day. Unfortunately for me they had to order a part but the following day we had heat again.
