Today, I called Jay Moody(JM) at about 8:30 am because I had no heat since approximately 5 pm on Wednesday. Jay Moody called me about two hours later, stating they could fit me in. I was so surprised ( an impressive scheduler) because I had not expected to get an appointment at the earliest, until Monday. It was indeed a pleasant surprise, too, because the temperature outside was in the 30s, and JM probably was fielding lots of emergency heating calls like mine. I was cold, and my house was cold. Once again Jay Moody was punctual and stayed until they fixed the problem. Scott and Elias were very thorough and polite. They did a great job explaining what they found. I’ve always had a very positive experience with this company.

Called them when my heat exchanger cracked, and they quickly installed a new furnace. The electrician took it upon himself to fix an aesthetic problem with the thermostat because it looked wrong, I can tell they care about getting the job done right and making the customer happy.
