The staff is always very accomodating in helping to modify the workouts to help me in dealing with my many injuries I have collected over my 55 years.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. if you have the opportunity get in and give them a try you will not be dissapointed, worth every penny spent without a doubt.“

“i went to Max a few months ago hoping to have a bit more accountability with my workouts and get back to being consistent with them. Max was able to help me achieve this, and then some! He creates such a fun and comforting space in his gym that will have you excited to go workout. Max will encourage you and push you to achieve more than you ever thought you could - i hit a deadlift PR with him that i truly never thought I’d be able to do! Max is really the sweetest guy and is extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking to make some changes in your life and have fun while doing it, I’d highly recommend going to Max!“

“My husband and I have been training with Chris for about two years both individually and as a couple. When COVID hit, and the world shut down, Chris made the transition to training on zoom seamless and fun. We have been happy to continue to train in our own home with no commute and no need for additional childcare. At times, the kids have even joined in. I do not enjoy exercising and often need external motivation to get started. Chris has been essential in getting us started and motivated to continue. She keeps the training sessions fun, challenging, and unique every time, making us want to come back for more. I look forward to continuing our journey to better health with Chris!“

“Sue is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about her. I somehow found Sue when I moved to Massachusetts and decided it was time to rehab my knee I had messed up years before. Every time I had tried before, I had wound up hurting myself. It's been more than 3 years of seeing her 2-3 times a week and she has never had me do anything that caused me pain.When the pandemic hit, the switch to virtual sessions was completely seamless. She's constantly working on new workouts to keep it interesting. She still watches me so carefully to make sure my form is correct and that became super important once I got diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder.I will never see anyone else other than Sue. She's extraordinarily gifted and very caring person.“

“I have been going to Pinnacle Fitness for almost 7 years. Joining this gym was the best decision. The coaches are friendly, knowledgable and support their clients using a holistic approach. They make an exercise program that is tailored to me/ my goals, offer cardio programming, nutrition guidance as well as 1:1 coaching calls to discuss progress and goals. The support and camaraderie of the trainers and members along with their new larger space has continued to motivate me. I enjoy the changes in workout routines each week and feel that each person is looked at as an individual and given exercises that best work for them.
