Cuz it's not easy to accept the past lives and future events, it shakes you up. So writing this review a little late. I'm really grateful for both of them, for doing this session for me, their meditation, voice and presence are very calming and soothing. So I highly recommend them

1. Last spring we needed a creative solution to weatherproofing an antique attic door that would be acceptable to Mass Save, who was financing an insulation job, and also affordable to us. The Mass Save contractors had no clue but Nik got on it and solved the problem quickly and elegantly. Maria, who is probably the most responsive contractor/owner on the business side we've ever worked with in 30 years of home ownership, slotted him in fast. She always does whenever humanly possible. ??
2. My 95-year-old mom lives with us in our 200-year-old house and last month her bedroom ceiling was starting to collapse. My first thought was: call Inka. Maria told me that Nik does not do that kind of work but they'd find me someone that they've worked with themselves and trusted. She did it all: found someone, set up the appointment--and when the estimate came back higher than she thought was right she brought in someone else for us, who got going fast and did a good job at a good price. That is the kind of relationship a homeowner wants with a handyman/contractor, but almost never gets, in my experience. We felt (as always with Maria and Nik) cared for as well as confident the work would be done professionally and as discussed.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We could not speak more highly of Nik and Maria! Nik and his crew recently rebuilt/refinished some badly deteriorated areas on the deck and siding of our 200 year old house. They also repaired structural damage inside the exterior wall, replaced a leaky window, and left everything, inside and out, sturdy again and looking beautiful. Maria's organization, patience, and outstanding communication took the experience to the next level. Just great! (Oh, yeah--excellent value for the $$, too.)
All of the staff at Shear Transformation are welcoming and professional, and the space is very clean and cozy. I appreciate the ease of being able to book online. I went to Nichole for years at another salon, and then tried a few places closer to home for a few years. I was never completely happy with my haircuts, so I went in search of Nichole again. I’m back to loving my hair, and I always enjoy my time chatting with Nichole and the staff.

Rivhkah herself has a beautiful soul who has honed her craft, and, wow, she knows how to cut hair. I have straight hair and a LOT of it. I have been going to this nail salon for over ten years. They are a smaller operation than when they started but I love the familiarity this brings. The salon is clean and well-maintained. The nail techs use autoclave-cleaned tools and lucite screens at the manicure stations. The pedicure tubs are thoroughly cleaned after every patron. There are two nail technicians/artists who have been there for as long as I've been going! Having only two techs makes it harder to get an appointment- while they do take walk-ins, I would absolutely recommend an appointment! You can book online or by calling. However, having only two nail techs makes it a quieter experience. Pedicures, manicures, nail art, and current techniques are highlights! I have done gel, dip, and regular manicures and am NEVER disappointed. They are meticulous, thorough, professional, and friendly!!! This salon sets the standard and it pains me to go anywhere else.

You will feel welcomed from the minute you open the door. First, Missy will put you at ease with her friendly, accepting and compassionate demeanor. There is no pressure here.
Next, the main area has a beautiful, welcoming living room setup with a calming atmosphere and inviting decor. The individual treatment rooms are cozy with interesting artwork, soft lighting, soft blankets and pillows (if you'd like) and soothing music in the background. There are white noise machines to enhance privacy. Everything is comforting and pleasing to the senses.
The main attraction is the salt room, which will become a sanctuary for you. It is large enough to feel open and comfortable - I'm contrasting this to other salt rooms where I've felt confined and claustrophobic. Just Breathe is the opposite of that. The floors and walls are spotless, the zero gravity recliners are comfortable, and the beautiful backlit wall of salt blocks from ceiling to floor on the front wall is mesmerizing. The backlights shine softly through the many color variations and striations in the salt blocks producing an overall warm peach glow. Background music, if you want it, can be ocean waves or calming instrumental music. The salt is medicinal grade. Unlike with inferior salt rooms, you will not be covered in salty grit when you leave. Let me emphasize outright how superior this facility is to others I've seen!
The area outside the salt room has stylish benches and storage areas for your coats and shoes and other possessions. A tea station is there. Even the restrooms are immaculate and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel comfortable.
Don't miss the library shelves in the corner of the living room. I've borrowed really good books and audio books. One item I borrowed provided content that's been exceptionally impactful and I consider this find just another of the many gifts Just Breathe offers.
The sound healing and meditation sessions in the salt room will have you in the company of the kindest, most comfortable people. I've always come by myself and feel comfortable and at ease every time. It's a genuine treat to meet people with whom you feel instantly at ease. I love the instructors - you will too. They are passionate about what they do, talented and extremely welcoming.
The craniosacral therapy is an experience unto itself. I am new to it and stunned at how effective Jen is at relieving long term pain, both physical and emotional.
Missy has created an environment that restores sanity. I feel better just driving towards Just Breathe.

Andre and his crew are true craftsmen, they retiled our master bathroom and the result is beautiful. They were very easy to work with, very responsive and adaptive, they came when they said they would and worked neatly and organized.

We've had a fantastic experience with Maximo's Tile. Max did a beautiful job installing the tile in both a shower and a full bathroom. He has high standards, and you get the feeling the work is performed to the quality he would want in his own home. He gave us advice about the way the tile should be arranged and why, and about the project in general. He always showed up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, communicated well with us about next steps, and did his part to move our project forward on schedule. Max is a man of many talents, and he went above and beyond, doing things that weren't really his responsibility, just to make sure they got done. Our bathroom looks great and Max is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
