He explains things that are going on and lets you know what might happen ie worst case scenario/best case scenario. He’s incredibly attentive to the work being done and is always present when you need him.
I felt bad one night when I called him for a broken sewer pipe. It was the end of a work day unfortunately but he showed up and he and his partner worked until late to clean up the mess.
