Jenn Bastien was our designer & sales consultant, and even though we were total reno novices, Jenn was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Jenn was a true, no-pressure consultant who helped us navigate the overwhelming and seemingly infinite options to select a final design that we loved on paper and love even more so now that it’s installed! Communication was timely, thorough, and accurate with responses to all calls and emails. We did receive one cabinet with handling damage that was not known until opened. MSK immediately ordered a replacement with no hesitation, pushback or BS. The end product came out looking just like the model with no re-work or remodeling required.
