Excellent service and even better people. My family had a great experience with their mani-pedis, but the level of honesty and customer care here is what's truly impressive. They went out of their way to help us recover a lost iPad after hours, showing a level of integrity you rarely see. Highly recommend Urban Nails and Spa to the whole community. I came in for acrylic overlay refill originally from another salon and I am very satisfied. Tony does immaculate work and really understood what I was asking for. If you are looking for a nail tech that slays every time and is social and having fun while doing it, Tony is your guy. He’s also the only nail tech that got my chrome to stay on!
Got a gel polish with my spa pedicure and a deluxe manicure yesterday. The pedicure was one of the best I've had and I enjoyed the massage chair along with the hot stones, wax treatment, hot towels and foot and leg massage, but the manicure was not nearly as nice. She could have put on an additional coat of polish as it seems more opaque, and also uneven. The thumb nail is cut crooked, the polish doesn't quite reach the cuticles, and it's already chipping just 24 hours later. I think as it got later and more customers came in, she rushed to finish me up. I'll might be back for the pedicure but will get my mani elsewhere.
