The service at Big Blue Bug is phenomenal. We appreciate the reception and support we received from the office in initial contact. It is always proactive and resolution oriented. We have had excellent service from specialists Tyler and Vince regarding invasive yellow jacket bees who decided to make our home their home. Bees are unsettling since one of our family members is allergic. It is important to state that there is no magic wand to take away a hive easily in one visit, when we found that they landed into our home in multiple areas.
