Pleasant, enjoyable and professional. A great experience. Attentive and knowledgeable front desk staff. Grace is responsive to any problems. I am lucky to have Michelle as my masseuse who is outstanding. She knows my musculoskeletal issues and always corrects them. I feel valued.

Exceptional! Great service, great massage therapists (Thank you, Leanne) and affordable. Compared to the cost from 2006 to now. It is only $20.00 more! For the time and professionalism. I am very satisfied. The reception desk made sure to welcome you with warm greetings and fully explain the benefits of becoming a member. This included cost saving advise as well.

I have been to elements a few times before and while all the therapists I got were good, I just want to give a huge shout out to Leanne. She’s totally professional and thoroughly addressed all the issues I had. I usually do not leave reviews but I highly recommend Leanne. I had a great experience today and I will definitely go back regularly.
